1Security
1.1The sample chamber door is designed with a position detection sensor. If the sample chamber door is opened during the testing process, the system will automatically stop running, and the hammer lifting device will not lift or lower, and the hammer releasing device will not move;
1.2 The sample room is designed with a sample detection sensor. When there is no sample in the sample room, a hammer cannot be used for impact;
1.3 The control system has overload protection and anti electric shock protection;
1.4 Vacuum adsorption suction and release hammer and capture operation, with good system safety;
1.5 When releasing the hammer, both hands must press the hammer release button simultaneously for the heavy hammer to be released;
1.6 Once the system loses power, the pneumatic safety plug at the bottom of the dropper will automatically pop out, locking the impact hammer inside the dropper to prevent accidents;
2Easy operability
2.1 There are two universal testing methods for system integration: clock rotation method and step method, which can meet the testing requirements of national standards, ISO standards, American standards, etc;
2.2 When using the clock rotation method, the system automatically calculates the true impact rate based on the number of impacts and the number of sample failures, and prompts the location of the area based on the number of sample failures (automatic judgment for areas A, B, and C);
2.3 During the step method test, the system automatically determines whether to increase or decrease the impact height based on whether the sample has ruptured after impact, without the need for repeated settings;
2.4 Clock rotation method and staircase method are stored independently in the system, without worrying about data conflicts;
2.5 The impact height calibration can be directly input into the measuring device to display the height, and the system will automatically complete the calibration operation;
2.6 Equipped with a speed measurement device, the system can automatically measure and save the velocity of each impact;
2.7 Optional USB output storage module, which can export test data to a USB drive. The test data is stored in CSV format and can be opened directly with EXCEL software;
2.8 The automatic V-shaped pad iron lifting function greatly reduces work intensity and improves test efficiency;
3Power supply
The system power supply only requires 220VAC, without the need for 380V AC power, and the distribution is simple;
